Where do I begin. Since the day I started it has been nothing but welcoming arms. Everyone wants to help you succeed! The first day they introduce you to everyone in the office to really make you feel welcome. I already feel like I am beginning to learn so much. The managers are all there to answer any questions you have and to guide and gear you towards success. If you want to grow with a company who strives on cultural values and respects their employees IRIS is the place to be!

Cons

I can't think of any cons whatsoever thus far. Everyone has truly made me feel unique in my own way and am very eager to continue this journey with them.
