      Immigration very good, benefits ok. Good if you just want to be a technical consultant.

      Cons

      Do not care for employees. You are sent some email about companies but you are not actually involved. For your leave balance send an email. In fact for everything send an email. No process or HRMS.

      - Very good Immigrations team - You can talk to management any time - they will try to help you as much as they cn - Nice pay if you compare it with other Indian MNCs. - project are usually for long duration.

      Cons

      - As it is a small company they are yet to put organizational process. They are working on it. - most of the time you will end up being consultant
