Pros

Great client relationships so you get quick feedback on your submissions and interviews

Cons

Bosses micromanage, too reliant on tech screens. Once you do poorly on one you're blacklisted and won't be submitted to a client

Pros

Good salary (based on negotiation), good benefits

Cons

Recruiter / HR made lots of empty promises. Boasted so much about lots of client they have and how easy it would be to place anyone once their current project ends with any client. Didn't do anything, didn't have the courtesy of even calling after my project ended in just 3 months. Thats when we were told the project will easily go for a year and more. I was under the impression that they are looking for any opportunity with their other clients and when I called , i was told in cold blood, sorry you lost your job, we cannot do anything. And thats when I had three offers in hand and joined this company after the recruiter promised me they have lots of client and they can easily place resources. Also, i dont think they have their own development centre, you have to work at client locations. So much for claiming to be a company in line of Infosys or TCS.

Pros

Better Package for name sake.

Cons

Iris never pays employees on bench. I seen people terminated just in 2 weeks. They mostly hire to get more billing for a short term projects and say that project will be for long term initially but after 1 or 2 month they will terminate you saying that client is out of budget. They hire just to get billing from client and use employees as puppets. They wont reimburse for location change. They wont care once project is completed.
