      only I can say is i got good hike compared to previous

      Cons

      Cant explain all, listing out few.. 1. No professionalism 2. No respect to employees 3. dont have any project except CitiBank 4. they fear from stakeholder, felt like Yes Boss Yes Boss environment 5. Not open for any suggestion as they already decided 6. no learning for new tech stack, they work like 10 yrs old architecture. with WATERFALL model. 7. So much politics and bootlicking etc.. etc...

      Policies are good Initial package is good on your joining

      From last 3 yrs there is no good hike(3-8%) Huge politics - even though if you work hard manger will give you very normal ratings If he don’t likes you
