1) I have joined IRIS recently, Due to lock-down my joining happened remotely, my induction training and on-boarding process was too smooth and was well planned by iris teams. 2) In this short time I noticed that IRIS is very Service Oriented, Client Centric, Employee Friendly. Commitment and Deliverance focused. 3) Company policies are employee friendly and working environment is also good.

As working just 1 months have found no cons.

Joined the Organization during Corona Outbreak Lock down on 30th April, On-boarding was perfectly smooth. They allowed to on board using my personal laptop for time being. Policies seems nice and team members are all friendly and helpful
