Few of the reasons are:- - The training program at IRIS is a very good jumpstart for the freshers. - Quite interesting working oppurtunities to work on. - Friendly, helping and experienced seniors. - Quick actions are taken if you are facing some problems.

The culture is inclusive and friendly, with a great deal of energy around the company's mission Free snacks every day after 7:30 pm and dinner after 8 p.m, free lunch on Saturday's , free drinks at all times. Good work-life balance, Modern and pleasant office.Free shuttle service to and fro golf course metro station.
