Great work environment - Supervisor & teammates are very supportive. People respect each other and everyone's views Leadership is approachable and supportive Organization cares for employees Smooth virtual joining during pandemic Small gestures like checking upon employees for their comfort makes employees special. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Multiple virtual managers are there No of annual leaves are a bit less considering there are no sick leaves. Though flexible work environment is very helpful. Nothing else.
