1. A good place to start your career 2. Big financial domain clients with long-term projects 3. Onsite opportunities with respect to client requirement 4. No hire & fire policy 5. learning opportunities if you are in a good project.

Cons

No recreational activities, fixed 8 hours policy (however ARM is available on request)
