Pros

- The nicest, most supportive group of people to work with - welcomed me with open arms and spent time getting me up to speed (even those not within my team) - Makes pretty quick decisions about investing in projects and technology - Very supportive of work-life balance - Supportive boss, even when I turned in my notice - Executive team willing to spend time with me during on boarding (even though I was just an individual contributor)

Benefits are just OK, not earth-shattering

Lots of interesting projects going on, if you are able to get onto a good team there is no shortage of interesting, technically challenging work.

Cons

Layoffs several times per year are nerve racking. This is done to trim costs even when having a good year.
