Pros

Smart and competent peers/colleagues and the work is challenging.

Cons

Highly stressful environment due to Incompetent management with unrealistic expectations and making constant comparisons. They least care about your job satisfaction and career advancement and believe in favoritism. Cross team collaborations aren't great either. The base salaries are not competitive with market and there is a lack of bonus.

Good pay depending on area and decent job security across the board (no layoffs during covid). Good people with diverse workforce. Company culture is friendly and supportive.

Cons

Looking to create a more resourceful world, but only if margin targets are beat year over year. Could fall behind if not willing to invest in new tech/talent. Exponential job responsibility creep without clear path towards compensation or acknowledgement. Bonus program only for higher ups and still expects late nights and weekends to help meet their bonus bookings targets. Compensation plateaus for average worker, would rather lose valuable talent than increase pay.
