      Good co-workers depending on the team

      All the reviews about micromanagement are true. Unless something isn't working, and rather than fix it, they ignore it. You have to constantly justify everything you do and how you do it. But if you ask for help, you either won't get it, or will get someone who makes the situation worse. But you will fail and be punished for it.

      Worst Experience as an Experienced Sales Rep

      Not many, treated experienced people terribly, micro managed the sales force

      Cons

      Company cobbles together 3rd tier Tech Companies and micro manages sales reps to try to hit unrealistic numbers. Run as far away from this Co.

      - Zero overall direction and a completely disjointed product suite. - Exec team destroys every company they acquire in a slow, painful death. - Top leadership does not care about employees or customers, only themselves and a plan for them to get rich. - Blatantly lie to employees and customers - People are leaving at an alarming rate due to the above
