      Pros

      Team Members are helpful and want you to succeed. Pay is decent for an entry-level position. Always snacks to eat. I saw a review that says there are Mormon clicks, this is untrue I feel like the outsider who found their way included without compromising who I am.

      Cons

      The product is poorly optimized, development is more interested in making new things and putting off fixing old things so you get constant calls of the same things over and over. Many management shifts made it difficult to get what we needed when we needed. The customers are lazy and are just looking for someone to fix it for them rather than supporting them in finding the solution. If something goes wrong and you warn them they will still pass the blame onto you getting your management involved. You eventually get stuck and don't grow anymore, using one product day in day out doesn't expand your IT knowledge and doesn't help reach goals

      Way too many changes in product directions

      Product directions are constantly changing to a point that employees are not sure what they are supposed to be working on and where the company is going.

      Pros

      As a sales person, Ivanti used their investors money like none other I've witnessed, wasting it all over the place on expensive internal sales events: top notch wines, top notch dinners etc. They'd throw money all over the place recklessly, continuously, to the point I felt really bad for the investors.

      Cons

      What is Ivanti? Ask 10 different people and you'll get 10 different answers. This lack of cohesion is apparent and is ever increasing in insanity with the continuous acquisitions . Each employee of Ivanti from the different sectors will tell you the company they last worked for was better, unless it was Landesk of which the culture is the one inherited. Whether it be Shavlik, HEAT Software, Lumension or any of the other many companies which comprise Ivanti, everyone I came across came from a better place. Long hours, ridiculous 2 week long sales kickoffs which accomplished nothing as no one in the company actually knows how to explain Ivanti to anyone by the time it's over. My personal work/life balance was out of sorts.
