      Pros

      Close work relationships, office environment is geared towards close friendships and interoffice entertainments, or used to be. But then Ivanti last year, 2019, cut budget and we were no longer able to enjoy gatherings to have that break from the day any more. Typically these were quarterly with a small monthly celebration for birthdays and work anniversaries.

      Cons

      Compensation is too low for our role. The two renewal roles are too diverse and leaves some of the team members overwhelmed, overworked, underpaid, and constantly under threat of being put on "plan" because they cannot meet the quota. This role has to many accounts that should be transactional, but are not. The other role, if you do not renew a very large deal, it is impossible to make quota, with no way to cover the loss. No more quarterly team rewards for making/exceeding quota. Required to be in the office with no remote days allowed.

      Pros

      Some good people. If the company can get it together, good things may follow. But that is a big "if".

      Cons

      Constant mergers have destabilized the company, no one seems to know what is happening anymore, including employees and customers.
