      They Can't hire good people

      Pros

      Marketing group does a decent job Product portfolio is very good

      Cons

      Management comments about 5 star ratings must be fabricated since they cant hire people to work there. Micro Management environment as a whole. Only a few people that have been there for years are doing well, most are not.

      Pros

      Good benefits and good company... I heard from people said always laid off when they acquiring other companies or merge with new Company.

      Cons

      I got hired as help desk team to replaced a person left to another company. The next morning i came in HR delivered a sad New i got laid off because of the Merge with the heat team.. when the Company merge with Heat team.. I try to work hard and completed a lot of tickets.

      After the Love has gone

      Pros

      It was a Family in the old days, a good warm Family once. Who was taking care for every one. Now the love has gone, and the Family split and left the building only the good package stay behind in this empty, lonely ex- Family house.

      Cons

      There is no control and human touch left anymore. Frankly it's over before it could be started after all the acquisitions. Shame you.

      We understand it is difficult to work through change. We have grown a lot in the last year and have doubled in size. Please know that as we work through numerous acquisitions/mergers, we ALWAYS take into consideration the culture, environments, and how the employees will be impacted. Thank you for the feedback.
