      Pros

      Some of the people within the company are great. You can learn a lot from them (non management level employees).

      Cons

      Lack of communication from top to bottom It has become a bit high schools. When your executives encourage you to leave the company during all hands calls and the kickoff, you start to wonder why you are still there. There is no direction coming from management. You are asked to work on projects, but then they tell you stop activity. I really hope they are around and doing well in the coming months. Every other day someone is leaving the company.

      We appreciate the feedback. We are always trying to improve communication. While the pandemic has made it more challenging, we work to make the virtual communication as frequent and transparent as possible. We were pleased our recent employee engagement survey showed high marks for Management communication and vision.

      Pros

      The employees (not the execs) are the best part of Ivanti.

      Cons

      This company clearly only cares about the execs and their plus ones. If you want to always work in fear of losing your job then by all means join the company!

      Work isn't fun when you can't trust your boss

      Pros

      I'm really excited about the new corporate leadership. We just got to listen to our new CEO speak at our Sales Kick Off. It's a new world at Ivanti, that's for sure. Our old CMO was good, but Angie is really going to do some great things for Marketing! Some were concerned about company culture and how that would change with our new leadership but I think we're going to be just fine. Although our global VP of field marketing is based in the UK she is always wonderful and open. I look forward to the times when we are both in town at HQ.

      Cons

      It is hard for our team to trust our manager. When she's not flirting with the sales team, she's off with her head down in...data. It would be nice to have her more engaged with the team and looking out for our best interests instead of looking who she can blame for her own mistakes...from a field marketing perspective.
