pmo is quite terrible. the worst I've experienced in my career. nobody really knows agile and leadership is incompetent. the woman running the show manages up and doesn't support her team. c level is probably afraid to put her on a PIP because she's vindictive. hard to work with other departments with this level of toxicity and lack of structure. the team turns over quite often.

Senior leaders are frequently catty, unprofessional, and want to be involved in low-level work that makes it difficult to get a job done. Senior leaders make a decision or a comment and then flip back after work is done. It was frustrating to work with individuals who had such seniority but could not make good decisions and had such poor judgement. Additionally, I saw individual contributors working 60+ hours per week and VPs working nearly 80. This showed me that the culture lacked a human element- if you want to make it at Ivanti you need to put their health above your own.
