      Pros

      Solid comp plan for sellers and impressive account base.

      Cons

      They will acquire your company and treat you very poorly. The core Ivanti sellers have full control over everything and treat other reps like an assistant. You have to remind them to pay your final commission check.

      I’ve met some really great colleagues here. Unfortunately, most, if not all have left.

      Cons

      *High turnover *Complete chaos. No one seems to know what they are supposed to do, thanks to to constant acquisition *CEO once told employees in an all hands meeting that if you don’t like it here, then leave. That was one of the most demoralizing statements he has made. *People are fired, rehired, then fired again. Constant mess. *No work life balance

      Pros

      there a lot of great people that work at Ivanti but none of them seem to be in management

      Cons

      Everything is all about the $. We don't have a mission that is guiding us, in fact we have a whole executive team that is only here for the large payout when we either sell or get bought. We are a giant conglomerate of past companies (some that should have died) and we are trying to be innovative with words like machine learning and neurons but this was done in 2010 and is old hat.
