Pros

First and foremost, the company's culture is phenomenal. The management and leadership team go above and beyond to make employees feel valued and appreciated. They truly care about their employees' well-being, which is evident in the perks and benefits they offer. From flexible work arrangements to comprehensive health benefits, the company goes out of its way to support its employees. In addition to the company's culture, the work environment is fantastic. The company encourages collaboration and teamwork, which fosters a positive and supportive atmosphere. The management team is approachable and always willing to help, which makes it easy to seek guidance and support when needed. Moreover, the company is committed to innovation and staying ahead of the curve. This means that there is always something new and exciting happening within the organization, which keeps things fresh and interesting. Overall, I would highly recommend my current company to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment. The company culture, work environment, and commitment to innovation make it an exceptional place to work

Cons

While I enjoy working at my current company, there are a few cons that I feel are worth mentioning. Firstly, the company's communication can be improved. There are times when important information is not shared with all employees, which can lead to misunderstandings and confusion. Additionally, some teams tend to work in silos, which can hinder collaboration and productivity. Secondly, the company's compensation package could be more competitive. While the company offers decent salaries, the benefits package could be improved to be more attractive to potential employees. This includes more comprehensive healthcare benefits, retirement plans, and additional perks. Finally, the company's work-life balance could be better. While the company offers some flexibility in terms of work arrangements, Overall, while my current company is a great place to work, there are areas for improvement in terms of communication, compensation, growth opportunities, and work-life balance

We try very hard to be communicative, we provide a very comprehensive, low deductible PPO health plan which we pay half of for the entire family, a 4% 401k match, and 100% of Life, LTD and STD, and we provide a full Flex Time program to ensure a work/life balance. Pros

Been with IC more than 5 years and wouldn't dream of leaving. Leadership is thoughtful, conscientious and generous. Their projects are challenging and rewarding. They are really focused on employee growth and define growth plans for each of us and work very hard to stick to them. They are outstanding communicators and very transparent, and we always know what is going on for our projects, within the company, and how it will affect us INDIVIDUALLY. So much effort goes into this, but I always know where I stand. Benefits are great, there is a bonus program, and their parties (and swag) are the best! Work/Life balance is an actual PRIORITY. It's also extremely diverse (guessing 75% minority and 50% female - which is amazing for IT).
