We try very hard to be communicative, we provide a very comprehensive, low deductible PPO health plan which we pay half of for the entire family, a 4% 401k match, and 100% of Life, LTD and STD, and we provide a full Flex Time program to ensure a work/life balance. 3yThank you for this! IvoryCloud embraces a remote culture. If you can do great work for our clients on a beach somewhere, more power to you! That said, we do like to see your faces in person which is why we have so many events (and even pay for you to come to them if you're out of town).
