Management only cares about themselves. Has conducted unethical practices and let people go without warning. They do not realize a good employee when they see it. Only care about acquisitions. Some rehab locations are absolutely disgusting and not kept clean. Terrible management would fire people for no reason at all. Tons of work with little reward. Tasks that will bring you to stay late. No morale. No values.
