Pros

Pay is good. You receive a 30% discount on top of promotions. The company gives you a budget for events. Unfortunately, they're not worth working for the company because corporate members do not care about you as a person.

Cons

Clothes are cheap and don't last long. J Crew pays well to make up for not caring about its employees. No matter what concerns or issues you have, they make it seem that you are in the wrong. The Hamilton Place store in Chattanooga was under investigation for harassment, with over 7 witnesses/victims, and Human Resources took the culprit's side because it is easier to staff and hire an entire team than someone in his position.
