      Soul crushing at the distribution center

      Pros

      Good PTO, decent insurance, and some of the associates are good people who support each other.

      Cons

      Serious hardcore favoritism! If you're a favorite, you can get away with anything. Meanwhile, the good hard workers are outright overworked, while the lazy employees continue to be lazy. The only word from management is "do this and that". No correction of the lazy people, and no praise or any sign of gratitude of the hard workers. Upper management has no clue what's going on, and will only listen to the favorites (who lie to protect themselves, and throw everyone else under the bus.)

      Pros

      Great health benefits, 50%, 30% off discounts, and a month of PTO for full-time associates. Casual work environment and mostly pleasant people to work with.

      Cons

      When the call center first opened up, there was a lot of room for growth and promotions, but this has since stopped. Upper management does not share prospective company changes with floor associates leaving many people to spread rumors and gossip.

      A so-so stepping stone job

      Pros

      Great paid time off bank. Pretty good pay for what you actually do. The office culture is better than almost any other call center/workplace. Works well with school/family situations

      Cons

      You get raises yearly and some managers dont seem to give compensation fairly. The company has been going downhill and jcrew is slowly losing a ton of money. Everyone who has worked here for years loved this place but now the happy work environment has slowed down and they care more about sales than employee happiness. If you need a job while you are pursuing a better career, Jcrew is for you, but this isnt a life long job by any means
