      Great people and support from Market and Regional levels. Flexible scheduling. Great PTO benefits.

      Cons

      Workload from corprate with payroll budgets don't support execution. Company focus is high level service and selling but the hours aren't provided to deliver. Out of touch high level managment-Self-sabotage stores with constant changes in workload and deadline changes with little or no notice. New systems are not accurate and

      Great company to have on your resume. J.Crew pays there management team well. Discount is also nice .

      Cons

      Company caters to one specific race. If you aren't that race you must have an extremely bubbly personality to advance.When you are a African American, especially a women who does not smile all day at work(which is extremely unrealistic).You will definitely be treated as the stereotypical "Angry Black Woman".Went into my role really excited about working for J.Crew but after a few months couldn't take the modern day racism.
