Pros

Benefits are great, clothing discounts, 401k, medical, dental, vision, life insurance. Loyalty to seasoned associates. Good growth opportunities. Great upper management.

Cons

Training needs to more thorough for associates and managers. Payment for associates needs to be elevated for amount of work and service expected to be delivered.

Pros

There is a great atmosphere and relationship between all the associates and managers. Everyone is very welcoming when you first start working.

Cons

There seems to be a high turnover rate when it comes to employees. New associates come in every summer to keep up with the rush.

Pros

Managers are very helpful and friendly, honestly depends on its location. Employee discounts were really good, managers allowed us to make our own style when approaching a customers, pretty chill environment

Cons

The pay wasn't all that great, really pushed sales when we were only paid hourly
