Pros

Innovative brand that is leading the market. Interacting with a wide variety of people from all ages and walks of life. Great discount and interactive training to key you in on the behind the scenes thought process of the new collections.

Cons

Have to jump around the market quite a bit to earn promotions, often ending out in smaller suburban locations. Starting to be very sale/promo heavy at times.
