Business Outlook
Pros
During my time at the Georgetown store I fell in love with my managers and the other associates. I was in school and they tried to accommodate my schedule. J. Crew works hard to make its employees feel appreciated and to build trust between everyone.
Cons
Pretty low salary starting off and not much room for pay increases. My first raise was because DC minimum wage increased and then I had to beg for a second one because I realized I was the least paid associate but doing most of the work.
