Pros

5 weeks pto, set mon-fri schedule, easy work that helps w/ staying fit, laid back work environment, excellent attendance policy, HR is helpful, great disability benefits (long/short term/fmla), get to listen to music, paid breaks, $250 employee referral bonus great work-life balance insurance is ~$140/m for premium for the best plan, but free preventative care on all of them I'm a ft student @ abtech and i'm able to juggle both w/good grades. i'm so grateful for that. also, the fact that the work is so easy, monotonous at times, and stress-free, and i dont have to worry about time management means that i get to save my brain power for college.

Cons

expensive insurance its boring sometimes peak snacks/holiday meals are unhealthy pay could be a little higher (I make 10.50/hr) because the area is expensive more room for advancement, and higher raises, please! (really? max 25c raise a year??? come on!) you require a ged/hs diploma, we deserve better! short breaks! only 2 20 min breaks a day. but at least they're paid!

Pros

Good discount, nice and helpful coworkers, decent starting pay, for the most part flexible schedules.

Cons

I was hardly trained and expected to catch onto everything instantly. There is a lack of consistency between what each manager expects, so there is a a lot of miscommunication. I often implement something that I was told by one manager only to be scolded by another for doing the wrong thing. I often leave work feeling dumb and like I am not valued as an employee. Sometimes the schedule changes with no notice and you are not notified of the changes- it is up to you to check Dayforce every day and make sure nothing has changed.
