      Pros

      Great environment, cool co workers. Everyone on board with the companies mind frame from the top down. Obviously makes great clothing.

      Cons

      schedule changes constantly, leaving you to change your availability very last minute. also employee discount was not as good as it could be, considering products sometimes go on sale for a lot less.

      Pros

      Friendly work environment, with a streamlined training as well as sales process.

      Cons

      The "employee discounts" are really no better than the discounts that a regular shopper would get from the sale rack, with a student/teacher/military ID. The schedule managament was incredibly poor and it fell on the employees to fix schedule errors in lieu of the management staff

      Overall associates and management are pleasant and bring a positive attitude to their work. Office location is in a vibrant part of the city.

      Cons

      Workforce tends to be young and homogeneous. This can lead to a lot of "group think". Associates with broad experiences elsewhere may find it hard to affect real change for the benefit of the organization.
