Pros

To gain a thorough understanding of the retail business. J.Crew is a great company to work for. The clothing and designs are good quality and very creative.

Cons

At the particular J.Crew location I worked at the manager was letting personal issues affect her professional work environment. This had been a problem for some time and so after multiple employees spoke to upper management the issue was taken care of.

CEO is very inspirational. The fashion is amazing with an amazing discount to follow!

Cons

Upper mgmt is very political. Many individuals believe in the brand, ceo and what it represents yet leave due to the the lack of support given by upper mgmt and politics that go behind decision making.
