Pros

Amazing management, incredible work ethic, always willing to work with you. I left the company only because of school, but I would go back in an instant.

Cons

Summer hours get cut short

Pros

AMAZING discount, it made it worth it

Cons

Sooo strict. The dress code is absurd. There are a huge amount of rules as to what you can and can not wear. Sometimes it is a lot of fun but most times because of the Cuttthroat nature of you goal, sales associates are so brutally competitive. A lot of sharks make people not want to shop at J.Crew.

Pros

Talented people who care about the product, a positive working experience, not a "devil wears prada" fashion experience.

Cons

Prolonged approval processes for creative teams, pressure from some to stay later
