      A great place to work for a side job if you're a student or shop the clothes a lot.

      Pros

      The company offers a good discount on clothing. They have an in-depth training program that makes associates feel comfortable before their first day on the sales floor. Implement a lot of contests for those who are the most customer centric and offer the best service on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Seems to be a high turnover for associates and a pretty stagnant culture for management. It can be tough when the reality is the customer is always right.

      The discounts is unbelievable here! However, it's still a bit pricy because I am on a college budget

      Cons

      I realized that On-calls, closing shifts, and rollouts are the worst

      Pros

      My location was of lower traffic so it was a much more lax atmosphere. Management was fun as well as my colleagues. There was slight pressure to sell but nothing over the top. I was part time but they were pretty flexible when I needed days off for school or etc. Usually had lots of sales competitions where you could win money/free items

      Cons

      Once a lot of the old management left it was replaced with people who were much more controlling. Once this happen it was a not so great place to work.
