Pros

-discount (it's too good though, I'm always buying stuff!) -co-workers -flexibility (great if you're a student or mom)

Cons

-selling goals (can be unrealistic and hard to reach, especially on week nights) -on call shifts (most annoying thing in the world) -not enough hours

Pros

Generous discounts are offered Most associates are friendly and management helpful The company makes an effort to make styling easy to understand

Cons

The training process was rushed; learn as you go Difficult to advance... it's all about timing Management didn't seem to be on the same page Trying to stay dressed in current pieces is difficult because items are too expensive, even with the discount
