Pros

Alot of hours and great staff. Room to move up in company.

Cons

Management was constantly being moved around to different stores, including store manager, and so we were constantly having to adopt to new rules. Overall, if your going to work in retail J. Crew is one of the few places I actually recommend to people.

Pros

Meet a lot of great people, and have the ability to build and improve important skills on a daily basis.

Cons

Working with a variety of people from different education levels and backgrounds is sometimes challenging. The non-people persons are usually ineffective at this company.

Pros

Great company to work for, J. Crew really invests in all of their employees to insure their customers are taken care of. Pro's include benefits, holiday incentives, workplace events, and all-around great leadership from supervisors and management.

Cons

Business needs often fluctuate the hours available to work, but they still offer great pay that helps with this.
