Pros

decent starting pay, decent employee discount, great people to work with, very great and serious visual team, very good at moving the right people up in the company

Cons

they recently took away commission without addressing the entire company. i no longer have an incentive to sell. they pay men way more even though the women there work a lot harder. they are currently paying a man younger than me with way less experience 1.50 more than me per hour. they keep a lot of secrets. management does a lot of hush hush things without addressing the entire team. they don't promote enough back people. theres not enough cultural diversity in corporate or the management teams at all of the new york city locations. they also play favorites
