Pros

A lot of flexibility with shifts, which allows you to have other commitments such as university.

Cons

High staff turnover meaning you constantly have to work in an intense environment with mostly untrained staff. Additionally, shifts can end quite late at 10pm.

Pros

The discount was great since everything was so expensive.

Cons

While the hourly wage was not bad, considering it was a part-time retail job, it did not compensate for how little hours were given. They only gave 4 hours shifts about once or twice a week. I didn't even feel like I truly worked there because I was seldom there. Only going in for 4 hours was such a waste of time. Management wasn't that great either.
