Freedom with scheduling, great managers that you can feel free to talk with at any time.

Cons

Scheduling can also be a con because there are so many sales associates

Pros

The discounts are amazing and the people are generally very friendly and helpful. Training was efficient and I felt very comfortable being on the floor.

Cons

They have what is called "on call" days, in which you cannot plan anything in case they call. This was particularly annoying because I was trying to work two jobs and could not work on my "on call" days- even though I was never asked to work any of those days.
