Pros

Great discounts on clothes. Lots of company contests and giveaways where you can win free pieces. Great coworkers. Company also pays for food during busy holiday seasons.

Cons

No guaranteed hours. People would get sent home in the middle of their shift if the store was slow. Shifts would be cancelled last minute. Managers all have their own way of doing things, and will tell you how to do tasks differently. Have to meet sale targets every hour but no commission. If you do not hit the target goal, they will stop giving you shifts.
