Pros

Really takes care of "their people" with "free"clothes (crew clothes) after training is complete, great perks and benefits packages. It's a company that cares about fashion and their customer

Cons

Recently took away commission for sales associates stating that "commission is not helping drive sales"; however, sales have not been the best over the past 2 years not because of sales associates but because of labor and quality of textile decisions that the company has made.

Poor hourly rates.

Pros

They provide a good discount, the store is easily assessable. The merchandise is properly displayed. Generally nice associates. Willing to match the discount online.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities to move up, poor hourly rates. Not competitive with other retail stores for manager wages and hourly associates.
