Pros

Pay, In the call-center the people are great

Cons

Retail doesn't work well with schedule, a lot of pressure to "represent" the brand and treat no so nice customers like royalty.

Pros

The employee discount is great and the managers are pretty legit. You also get to meet new people from time to tim.

Cons

The pay is not very good considering how much the company makes. There can also be long periods with nothing to do.

Cons

It's hard to deal with micro-managing individuals who make it miserable to be at work. I'm working on commission-obviously I want to have good sales. The woman really was horrible to employees and had no life outside that store. She created a stressful environment for customers to the point where people felt hounded and not relaxed when they were shopping. She had us pouncing on people right and left. Very uncomfortable for us and customers. Our sales weren't good overall for the region either--shocker.
