      Life balance is obtainable if you are a people person and you get along well with everyone as its a small environment.

      Cons

      They expect you reach your hourly sales target though the company scraped sales commission so hard to have incentive.

      Pros

      Great environment for someone starting out at a junior level. It's also good for someone looking to move up and grow with the company - friendly environment with great mentorship from the managers

      Cons

      You really need to put in your hours in order to be successful, so the fastest way to grow is to work tons of hours (full time) in order to generate great KPIs and numbers for them to promote you

      Pros

      You get an amazing discount and even a free outfit when you start. Personal shopping is another fun part of the job and often you are given autonomy in terms of how to best assist customers.

      Cons

      Management has changed over the years and is now increasingly focused on sales goals instead of on the well-being of their employees. It is difficult to move up in the company and often unsuitable managers and associates are kept on even after having complaints filed against them.
