Pros

There are great discounts, great clothing, and lots of support from management and the company overall to assist the customers so that they have a great shopping experience.

Cons

There were too many on-call shifts, overnights, not enough pay, zero commission, and not enough support for growth.

Strong team mentality, get customer focus. Company gives you the opportunity to learn. Good relationship with managers. Flexible hours for a student.

Cons

Sometimes goals set were not reasonable, too much pressure to always be selling. Not a lot of opportunity for growth. Very small commission
