Pros

In my opinion, J.Crew is a great place to work at because it's the right balance of business. So many retail stores are either completely mobbed all the time or dead to the world and J.Crew is the mediation of the two. The managers work with you and help support you in doing what you feel most comfortable doing.

Cons

The starting hours are very low but it just depends on what season you start in. Business picks up more during certain parts of the year.
