Pros

There are great benefits, the discounts make it very affordable to wear the clothing to work, and wearing the clothing makes you look and feel more professional, and help promote the product as well.

Cons

The only issue I have had is with another sales associate taking over customers that I have been helping, I cant say that I have any issues with the actual company, working for J.Crew has been a very positive experience.

Pros

-Amazing discounts -Wonderful part-time benefits -Highly flexible -Great co-workers -Emphasis on friendliness -Emphasis on personal responsibility -Strong emphasis on product quality and superiority

Cons

While the senior, corporate management is extremely competent and well-heeled, such adjectives (as in any industry) don't always apply to the local, on-the-spot management. While this hasn't posed any real problems as of yet, there have been some instances where local management's messes have had to be cleaned up by corporate.
