Pros

You get a free outfit when you first start.

Cons

It's one of those retail jobs where you can tell upper management doesn't care about you. Promotion comes from outside the company and despite having a sales goal you may spend a whole shift as a greeter or on fitting rooms. Pay increases are minimal. And there is call in shifts they expect you to call in for although they will never need you.
