      Pros

      Worked with the best managers I've ever had at a job, great environment since its near Michigan State's campus. Get to know clientele on a personal level.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any other than its hard to save money because you buy everything using your discounts.

      - The clothes.... enough said - Laid back atmosphere - Can be a really fun place to work - Pretty stable .... rarely lay off people

      Cons

      - On call shifts can be somewhat annoying if you have plans for the day and are not sure whether or not you need to come in. - Holiday season the store gets CRAZY....

      It was ok- low pay but you end up with an awesome wardrobe

      You get awesome discounts on high quality clothing! You get base salary plus commission!

      Cons

      You get awesome discounts on high quality clothing so you end up spending half your paycheck on it. Commission is actually 0.5%, so lets say you have a good shift and sell 2000 bucks in 4 hours (which almost never happens), only ten would go to you. Minus tax you end up with around 8.
