Been there 11 years on weekends. Very accomodating to my full time job schedule. No unnecessary pressure.

Cons

Hire people at higher wage than employees presently make. Sometimes the new associate managers have had not enough experience. Little appreciation for long term employees. Uses way way too much plastic, it is unthinkable at this time and the environment.
