Pros

60% off sale items 30% of regular priced items The culture is friendly. Exchanging shifts are easy.

Cons

If you want a raise you are either an butt kisser or a regular hard worker who needs to ask on multiple occasions for a raise. It’s almost hard to advance, only if you are friends or become friends with the managers. But it is possible.

Pros

- Great discount - Was given the opportunity to move up into a management position from sales associate

Cons

- Planned to close my store and did not care about job placement for those losing their jobs - decided 3 days before store closing that they were keeping store open and expected everyone to stay - company doesn't care about smaller locations - my location has been without a store director or any help for too long especially right before holiday season - some sales associates are paid more than assistant managers
