Great employee incentives (employee discount, prizes, etc), and overall welcoming environment where you have to sell but never in an intimidating or pushy way

Cons

Their marketing wasn't great when I was there. No one ever wanted to buy full prices because everything was always marked down w/ 50% off a week later. It made it incredibly hard to sell.
