Pros

Discount on clothes was good. I was promoted quickly. I liked the customers. Some of my coworkers were nice.

Cons

Unhealthy work environment, I was quickly promoted to management and there was hostility between co-workers who had been there for longer.

Pros

Great discounts New merchandise all the time Shortened hours on Sundays

Cons

Be careful what you say to the people you work with, they will use it to their advantage There is little room to grow after making manager They will try to talk you into taking a lower salary than you deserve Over night rollouts... 1am-10 am shifts for visual merchandisers

Pros

I've found at most stores people who really help you build your career with the company, if you put the work in. Connections are easy to make and prove beneficial.

Cons

Advancement opportunities aren't abundant and take more time than is desired. Starting pay wasn't great, but raises are appropriately based on merit.
