Sooo strict. The dress code is absurd. There are a huge amount of rules as to what you can and can not wear. Sometimes it is a lot of fun but most times because of the Cuttthroat nature of you goal, sales associates are so brutally competitive. A lot of sharks make people not want to shop at J.Crew.

Lack of training, schedule was either too much or not enough. Some weeks I would be scheduled one 4 hour shift, other weeks i would have 3 6 hour shifts. Rollout occurred at night, so I was sometimes there until midnight. As a college student, this was sometimes hard to manage.
